For elections with a federal contest, active-duty members of the U.S. Military, and spouses or dependents of a member are eligible to receive an absentee ballot by email, by fax, or mail until 5 p.m. on Election Day. For elections without a federal contest, you are eligible to receive an absentee ballot by email, by fax, or mail until 5 p.m. the Friday before Election Day.
